Your business runs on data. We make it work for you.

Turn the data you already have into clearer business decisions.

DGM Analytics helps small businesses answer practical questions, improve reporting, and find the next useful step - without jargon or one-size-fits-all packages.

Built for small businesses with real questions

DGM Analytics is currently working across industries to learn where analytics can create the most value. If your business uses spreadsheets, sales systems, booking tools, accounting exports, or other operational data, we can start with the problem you want to solve.

What We Do

Understand the question - Clarify the decision, current process, and what a useful answer would change.Assess the data - Identify what information exists, what is usable, and what limitations matter.Build the right solution - Deliver a report, analysis, presentation, dashboard, reporting workflow, or another scoped solution when it fits.Explain the next step - Translate the work into plain English, practical options, and clear limitations.

Prescriptive insights. Not just data - a clear next step.

How It Works

1. Discovery — In a free 30-minute call, we discuss the problem, current process, and information you already have.2. Scope — If there is a fit, DGM Analytics recommends an approach and sends a proposal with deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and price.3. Work — After agreement and secure data access, DGM Analytics completes the analysis or build with defined checkpoints.4. Delivery — You receive the agreed work, an explanation of the findings, and practical next steps. Ongoing support is available only when it makes sense and is included in the scope.

Clear scope before you commit

Every project is different. Pricing depends on the business question, the condition and location of the data, and the solution involved. If there is a good fit after discovery, you will receive a written scope and price before work begins.

What happens in the free call?

Tell me what is frustrating you about your business data or reporting. We will look at what you are trying to solve, what information you already have, and whether DGM may be able to help. This is a discovery and scoping conversation—not a free analysis of your data, and no obligation to move forward.
